DarkMatter — Neon Tunnel uses a deep indigo and midnight violet palette evoking the void of deep space, dark matter fields, and quantum tunnelling phenomena. It is a tunnel navigation game where players steer a photon through narrowing procedurally generated tunnels that scroll faster over time. The game is provided entirely free of charge for personal entertainment — no account, payment, or registration is required or possible.
No purchases. No virtual currencies. No loot boxes. No gambling. No prizes of any kind.
All scores are virtual and carry zero real-world monetary value.
By accessing or using DarkMatter, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply regardless of the device, browser, or region from which you access the game.

All original game design, source code, visual artwork (including the colour palette and visual identity described above), and branding are the intellectual property of the DarkMatter team and are protected by applicable copyright and IP law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for personal use only. Google Fonts typefaces (Orbitron, Rajdhani) are used under the SIL Open Font Licence v1.1.
DarkMatter tunnels narrow progressively as distance increases, with a minimum gap width of 60 pixels. The narrowing rate is fixed and does not vary based on player performance. Tunnel centre position shifts gradually between segments to create curves — sharp turns are prevented by limiting the per-segment shift to 40 pixels.
DarkMatter's scroll speed increases continuously from an initial speed of 3× as a function of distance travelled. There is no speed cap — the game becomes progressively harder without limit. Collision is detected when the photon's radius overlaps any wall edge at the photon's vertical position. Death is instantaneous with no grace period or invincibility frames.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars (US$0.00), as the game is provided free of charge.
